Rocky Top Pups Health Guarantee

We guarantee our puppies to be healthy from life-threatening diseases and hereditary traits for one (1) year. IF puppy is found to be unhealthy due to hereditary traits within one year, then you may return the puppy for a full refund. This does not include hip dysplasia, which is caused by how you care for your puppy. The puppy must be returned in order to receive the full refund.

Puppies must be checked by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of the date you receive your puppy. This guarantee is voided if licensed check-up is not performed. Puppies must be kept up-to-date with all vaccinations and yearly check-ups, along with proper record keeping from your veterinarian. If vaccinations and check-ups are not kept on schedule, this guarantee is void.

If you decide to breed your female, then we are not responsible for health problems and the guarantee is void from the time of conception of the first litter. Moreover, elective sterilization is up to each owner. We are not responsible for health issues that arise due to this or any other surgeries you choose for your pet. If surgery is performed on your pet purchased from Rocky Top Pups, the guarantee is void.

We are NOT liable for any illness or disease of a Rocky Top Pup due to food and or treatment by owner. This includes, how the puppy is treated, the food it is fed, neglect, abuse, living conditions, parasites obtained living with you in your environmental surroundings, or any illness or conditions caused when you are caring for the pet.
